Feng shui for relationships?
I have been in a relationship with my current boyfriend for about 6 months now. Lately I have noticed I have become a little bit jealous at times. I have repositioned my bed as best as I can.It is difficult, I have a studio apartment. We work opposite hours and dont get much time to our selves. I have a 2 year old daughter, that stays with me 95% of the time as well.Which cures and advice do you recommend to help with the jealousy issue, and help make our relationship stronger. He is a great guy and I would hate to lose him because of my jealousy.
I did change my sleeping direction about a week ago, and have been feeling much better.Though, I still seem to be a little jealous at times.
First of all, try to sleep in one of your favorable directions, but if you can handle it in your studio, try your Yan Nian direction. Its the best direction for relations.
If you doesn’t know your directions, you can look them up using this Feng Shui Calculator:

How do I determine what is the best Feng Shui method for myself?
I am currently looking for a new job and I need to boost my financial situation, however, I have applied everywhere I know, and am trying save money the best way I can, but there is always something that comes up…and I have also included Feng Shui to change my situation, but so far no luck…my luck in both my career and wealth is not changing for the better. What is happening? I have also spruced up my career area and my wealth area according to the Bagua. North for the career sector and South East for Wealth sector. What am I doing wrong? Any FENG SHUI suggestions, or referrals would be nice. Furthermore, I have also spruced up all the other Bagua sector areas.
that is not chinese fengshui. i do not know that kind of fengshui. the techniques i know are what most fengshui masters teach in their seminars like flying stars, 8 mansions, etc.
read this article, the different techniques are listed under combining techniques: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fengshui
when i do a fegnshui solution to some problem, i usually use at least 2 or more techniques to support the same renovation/ or fengshui thing – that way, it can be more powerful and effective.
there are many methods to increase wealth. there is just no book or website that will tell you what to do. i think experience is key. and you need to attend some seminars from someone who knows the techniques. (it is just not my knowledge to share them with you. it is unfair for people who had invested so much time and effort researching on the techniques).
there are so many books that teaches about fengshui like what you are talking about – that is why you can buy it in a book. because nobody wants to buy that knowledge. why? because it is not effective at all. though there are books that teaches about the real thing like "a master course in fengshui" by eva wong (flying stars), and some books (not all) by lillian too (8 mansions) – though to all of their books, they fail to mention the secret uses of these methods.
the bagua method is not a chinese fegnshui – just think about it. if the whole house is a big bagua, then each section corresponds to an aspect of your life. then where do you put the bathroom/ toilet? because anywhere you put it, it affects that aspect of your life in a bad way – toilet holds feces. don’t you think that a house without a bathroom is just silly?
Where is the best Feng Shui School?
I have been teaching myself by buying books but would like to learn more detailed information such as:

How to use complex compass tools.
I would love to consult but want to apply to my life and home first, where is the best school to attend or online? I am english speaking only.
Thank you.
There will be an online course starting on October 15th and the first module is totally free (you can appoint by registering):
Ideas for this special day! (wedding reception)?
I am planning on having a wedding reception. And these are the ideas I have so far. First of the reception is going to be a mixture of cultures I should say. Part of the decoration will be chinese, asian and feng shui. And for the chair decor some of it is coming from my interior design knowledge. My partner wants a bartender. Of course the DJ. I am a belly dancer, therefore I want belly dancers in my wedding. In the middle east belly dancers are an essence in weddings because they help spread joy around. Chefs of course. As for food I have thought about Thailand food so far. I am hoping the place we look for has a pool. As for maid of honors and grooms dancing we wont really have those. Any other ideas or games we can have to entertain our guess? One more question: Should I/we have all the things we want to have in our reception without minding that some people may think is too much or ambitious?
Thank you so much!
As for the guesses enjoying themselves I dont think it is something I should really worry about because as a person you are suppose to find the things that enjoy you. They always say you are responsible for your own happines. The entertainment will be there, is up to the guest to know how to have fun. And belly dancers, since I know much about belly dancers, not all dances are exotic some dances include covering your whole body and dancing a slow song.
IM A LITTLE UPSET AT THE WAY PEOPLE ARE ANSWERING THIS QUESTION. I AM ASKING FOR MORE IDEAS ON ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE RECEPTION. THEREFORE JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION BY GIVING ME IDEAS. DONT JUMP TO OTHER THINGS. AND TALK ABOUT OTHER STUFF. IF YOU ANSWER THE QUESTION WITHOUT HAVING TO TALK ABOUT OTHER STUFF IT WILL BE MORE HELPFUL FOR ME. BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE PEOPLE ARE JUST JUMPING FROM ONE THING TO THE NEXT.
Your plans seem a little haphazard and it is difficult to understand your line of thinking. Let me try to piece through all of this:
1. Bartenders and DJ’s are pretty common. Are you wondering whether it is too much to have these vendors? If so, it is fine and you shouldn’t worry about it.
2. Decorate how you like. A Chinese/Asian/Feng Shui theme sounds fine to me.
3. I don’t know what to tell you about the chair decor coming from your interior design knowledge, because I don’t know your interior design knowledge.
4. Belly dancers might be a bit much for some of your guests, but if your crowd isn’t surprised at this, then it will be fine. Most guests (particularly elderly guests) in Western culture would be a little uncomfortable with it, but if you know YOUR guests and they’re used to it and you don’t feel that it will be a problem, then I’m sure it’s fine.
5. Chefs are to be expected at a wedding. They are not always out in the reception (they often stay in the kitchen) but Chef’s stations are quite popular (although expensive!)
6. Thai food is great.
7. Pools are nice, but are you expecting your guests to go swimming or do you just want the ambiance of having the pool there? (By the way, the scariest thing that I can imagine is having a guest get drunk and fall in the pool while nobody is around and drown! So make sure the pool is well-lit and visible from the reception area!)
8. Good call on not making your bridesmaids and groomsmen dance.
9. I’d limit yourself and not include any more games or other ideas. You are in danger of going a little overboard and having it get too busy. People want to dance and also just sit and chat at a wedding — they don’t necessarily want to be constantly entertained. Think about the other weddings that you’ve been to with your friends and family. How involved were they? I’ve been to weddings of all levels of formality and intensity — and I have picked a few that I want to mimic…..not in terms of exactly doing what they did, but just in terms of giving guests the same kind of experience. I find that the best weddings are the ones that take a traditional concept and do it well rather than trying to create all kinds of new traditions and start new trends.
10. I don’t think you should worry if other people look at your wedding and think that you are spending too much or going "over the top." What I WOULD be concerned about, however, is whether or not your guests are ENJOYING THEMSELVES or whether they are overwhelmed. I do NOT think that you should do whatever you want even if you are overwhelming your guests and making them miserable. I DO think it’s okay for you to do what you want AS LONG AS you are thinking of your guests at every step. Think to yourself, "Will our guests like moving from chef station to chef station? Or would they prefer to be served their dinner at their table? Will our guests like to have belly dancers perform? Or would they like to have quiet conversation and be able to spend more time actually dancing themselves rather than watching other people dance?"
As long as you are thinking about your guests, then you can’t go wrong. But you have to REALLY be thinking about them, not just saying, "Oh, my guests will love this….they know that I love it and so they’ll love it too!"– get input from your friends and family and anyone else who knows your crowd and can think about this a little more impartially!
most feng shui following place?
feng shui is the belief that in decorating at place in a certain way will bring good luck in certain areas of your life (WORK, LOVE, WEALTH, ETC). have you ever been to a place that completly follows the principales of feng shui?
fengshui is not a belief: you do not have to believe it for it to work.
fengshui is not a decorating tool: fengshui is a compilation of concepts used to measure and calculate direction and location of good energy or bad energy in our environment. it is precise and accurate.
fengshui does enhance our luck. it can enhance our health or our wealth luck, but usually not both. my master always remind us to always go for the money. because if you get sick, you always have money to make you better.
there are no principles in fengshui, only different concepts, each using a system. fengshui is meticulous. it is not clean the clutter and you are done!
as i said, to do fengshui, you need to calculate where the good and bad areas in your house. then distribute the different rooms based on fengshui. for the good areas, you need to use them; for the bad areas, you need to leave them alone – you can put the toilet, storage room, or garage here. and double check with the other concept, if this arrangement is good for you. because other systems don’t usually go hand in hand with other concepts. so you need to double check. it is better to have your solution/ arrangement supported by 2 or more concept.
fengshui is not putting an aquarium and you activate the room. because water can also activate the bad energy in the room. and knowing if the room has good or bad energy needs calculation than intuition. fengshui does not need intuition to do.

I think I have too much of the water element in me.?
I think I have too much water in me, I can’t focus in something for long. For example, I used to be extremely interested in Taekwondo, but now I can’t go for training because problems arouse. Then, I was passionate about drama, but now I think I can’t go on with this interest. I’m still interested in both subjects but things just come along and stop me from going on. I flow in too many directions. I’m afraid I’ll be changing interests so much that I might make the wrong career move. I’m still in school but I have to be ready with a decision in a few years. What can I do to change this? Can you give me some feng shui website addresses?
Feng Shui isn’t going to help you determine your career path. There are things you can do around your home to help with your career, but it won’t choose it for you.
Being undecided is ok. Being in school and trying new things are what you’re SUPPOSED to be doing. Give yourself some time!
There are SO many career choices out there, it’s a GOOD thing to try as many out as you can to find the right fit!
There are things you can do to balance the water element in your life, but without the proper information, determining the changes would be a little hard.
